Kit includes: Wireless Mobile Hotspot, charging cable and adapter, and case. Must be at least 19 years old and a patron in good standing with SCPL for at least 3 months to check out a Mobile Hotspot. SCPL cannot guarantee quality of internet availability in all parts of Spencer County.
